As we all know, running any organisation requires huge funds. APD, being a students' NGO, has no source of income as all members are students.
So, as recommended by Mrs. Pallavi Yogesh Shah, mother of Akash Shah, we decided to collect old news papers(घरोघरची रद्दी ) and sold them to generate funds for our NGO.
The activity was conducted on 12th July 2012, at Adinath Society, where we collected 300KG newspapers and 40KG Books from 5 Buildings which generated Rs.3220. These funds will be used for our further activities.
Unfortunately as everybody was busy, we couldn't click any photographs.
